Participants will learn to cut, grind, foil and solder glass to create a beautiful dragonfly sun catcher.

Ingrid has been working with glass for 40 years and enjoys sharing her love of glass with workshop participants!

In this workshop I will be showing how to properly measure and mix resin to create a smooth, clear base for a coaster. We will be using real autumn leaves to create a little piece of functional art, perfect for any fall-lover!

Paintable dyes are used to create colour swatches on paper that are cut and ironed on to fabric. These pieces of fabric can be made into wall art or clothing.

During this 2-hour introduction to the medium, we will experiment with different ways to use the dyes for various effects. Materials will be supplied to create a small finished piece.

Participants are encouraged to bring pair of sharp scissors for their own use.
